Corrections & Content Review Policy
Radiation Oncology AI Network aims to correct material errors promptly and transparently.
Reporting an error
Send the page title or URL, the disputed statement, supporting source and requested correction to admin@radiationoncologyainetwork.com.
Review
Reported issues should be checked against primary or authoritative sources. Material errors affecting scientific interpretation, trial status, safety, attribution or factual accuracy should receive priority.
Correction approach
Minor typographical changes may be corrected without a notice. Significant factual changes should be accompanied by a correction note or update date when practical. Content that cannot be adequately verified may be removed or clearly marked pending review.
Researcher directory correction or removal
Researchers listed in the Worldwide Researchers directory may request correction or removal of their directory card. Send the researcher name, the requested change or removal, and enough information to identify the relevant card to admin@radiationoncologyainetwork.com. We will review the request against the publication or authoritative professional source used for the entry. While a request is under review, a materially disputed entry may be corrected, hidden or removed as appropriate.
The directory is intentionally limited to publication-derived professional information: name, institution, country, specialty and AI/radiation-oncology research focus. It does not imply membership, ranking, verification or endorsement.
Living information
Clinical trials, software, datasets, conference schedules and organizational information can change. Users should always verify time-sensitive information at the official source.
